Today Rick and I celebrate 14 years of marriage. My heart is overwhelmed at God's grace in blessing my life with this wonderful man. We were finally pregnant with our second child (first live birth) shortly before our 7th wedding anniversary, so this year seems significant to me in that I have now been a mom to a living child for as many years as we endured the anguish of primary infertility.
It was also on our wedding anniversary two years ago that my manuscript for Hannah's Hope was due to my publisher. Hard to believe the book has been available in stores for 15 months already. It is my continual prayer that Hannah's Hope will be used by God to heal and encourage grieving hearts for His glory.
I'll keep this entry short because I've been updating about the kids on at least a weekly basis on our homeschool blog.
